Who we are
SEGNO STUDIO ("SEGNO", "we") is a web design and development studio offering landing pages, business websites, and website redesign for clients in Mexico and the United States. You can reach us at segnostudio@outlook.com or on WhatsApp at +1 (812) 808-8197.
What we collect
Only the information you choose to send us through this site's contact form:
- Full name
- Business name
- Email address
- WhatsApp / phone number
- Service of interest and whether you currently have a website
- Anything you include in the message about your project
We don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. The site doesn't build profiles or share your information with advertisers.
How we use your data
The data you send is used for one purpose only: to contact you and follow up on your request about a possible web project. We don't use it for bulk marketing or for any purpose other than those described here.
How the form is processed
The form is submitted and stored through Netlify Forms, the service of the platform where this site is hosted. Netlify acts as a processor and applies its own security measures. You can read its policy at netlify.com/privacy.
Retention
We keep contact messages while there is an active conversation about your project and for a reasonable period afterward for follow-up. They are then deleted on request or periodically.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the data you have sent us at any time, and object to its processing. To exercise these rights, email segnostudio@outlook.com with the subject "Privacy".
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. The current version is always the one published on this page, with its update date.
